We are the pioneers of Vertical Variable Foaming VPF- V process that produced round foam blocks by continuous moulding process. This process is capable of making a range of PU foams that replace polyester fibre in quilting. Foams with great levesl of comfort, Higher Durability with compression set values 50% lower than conventional foams and importantly Virtually zero emissions

-No auxiliary blowing agents, No VOC's.
